Vice President, Client Services

Location: Santa Clara, CA

As VP, Client Services you’ll play a leading role managing all clients, including account relationships and the expertise of our team. You’ll be responsible for the adoption, implementation and launch of our ExpertusONE learning platform. You’ll also have a deep understanding of the LMS market—particularly SaaS platforms for corporate learning. Lastly, you’ll strategically partner with key internal and external associates to ensure all clients successfully deploy our LMS.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide best practice recommendations and expert-level application support, assist clients in solving point-in-time challenges and partner with clients to increase the effective use and adoption of ExpertusONE
  • Lead Expertus’ new business initiatives and leverage our existing client relationships
  • Deliver strategic client presentations and provide recommendations that are concise, insightful and on point
  • Mentor and develop team members by coaching, training and identifying areas for growth
  • Manage the financial health of client accounts, including growth, profitability and forecasts
  • Develop/launch new business initiatives and sell new project ideas that align with customer goals
  • Partner with sales to ensure alignment at all levels of client relationships
  • Conduct regular client meetings and make recommendations for ongoing growth within product adoption and utilization

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Technical undergraduate degree with strong understanding of software and programming languages
  • Minimum of five years of experience managing/leading a client services team
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience working with LMS applications (corporate learning, training, onboarding, HCM, etc.)
  • Incredibly organized and methodical with excellent follow-up capabilities to ensure client expectations and deadlines are met
  • Demonstrated track record of account management, including new business development
  • Ability to travel based on clients’ needs
