Regional Sales Representative

Responsibilities:
- Attain or exceed sales quota by identifying customer business challenges and aligning Expertus products and services to create world-class solutions that deliver measureable results
- Secure new business by nurturing qualified leads driven by marketing and prospecting team
- Acquire new logo business
- Manage assigned marketplace/territory
- Build consensus internally and externally
- Develop, negotiate and close long-term agreements with accounts in your marketplace
- Conduct virtual and live presentations on our products and services
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of B2B sales experience (SMB, mid-market and enterprise) selling software/technology solutions at all levels
- 3 years of highly successful sales experience in Learning (LMS), or Talent Management and/or HR software applications
- Exceptional sales performance history
- Experience selling Software as a Service (SaaS) applications
- Must be comfortable demonstrating software and speaking to technical and nontechnical executives
- Experience with Salesforce.com
- Aggressive, hardworking, persuasive, persistent, self-motivated and productive
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to travel
- Bachelor’s degree
