Regional Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Attain or exceed sales quota by identifying customer business challenges and aligning Expertus products and services to create world-class solutions that deliver measureable results
  • Secure new business by nurturing qualified leads driven by marketing and prospecting team
  • Acquire new logo business
  • Manage assigned marketplace/territory
  • Build consensus internally and externally
  • Develop, negotiate and close long-term agreements with accounts in your marketplace
  • Conduct virtual and live presentations on our products and services

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years of B2B sales experience (SMB, mid-market and enterprise) selling software/technology solutions at all levels
  • 3 years of highly successful sales experience in Learning (LMS), or Talent Management and/or HR software applications
  • Exceptional sales performance history
  • Experience selling Software as a Service (SaaS) applications
  • Must be comfortable demonstrating software and speaking to technical and nontechnical executives
  • Experience with Salesforce.com
  • Aggressive, hardworking, persuasive, persistent, self-motivated and productive
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to travel
  • Bachelor’s degree
