POSITION:
Inside Sales Representative
- Full-time, on-site position with benefits
- Little/no travel required
LOCATION:
USA – Charlotte, North Carolina office
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Learn Expertus product/service offerings
- Follow-up by phone and email with leads from advertising and marketing campaigns
- Send additional relevant marketing information to leads
- Accurately promote leads to prospects
- Initiate cold-call/warm-call activities among target accounts to promote prospects
- Work with prospects to arrange meetings with appropriate field sales contacts
- Respond to incoming requests for information and calls
- Handle some customer service support issues
- Provide process improvement input to sales management
- Document activities in CRM system (Salesforce.com)
QUALIFICATIONS:
2- or 4-year college degree
1-2 years sales experience
REQUIRED TRAITS:

- Excellent phone conversation skills
- Must know the right balance of rapport-building versus business discussion
