POSITION:

Inside Sales Representative

  • Full-time, on-site position with benefits
  • Little/no travel required

LOCATION:
USA – Charlotte, North Carolina office

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Learn Expertus product/service offerings
  • Follow-up by phone and email with leads from advertising and marketing campaigns
  • Send additional relevant marketing information to leads
  • Accurately promote leads to prospects
  • Initiate cold-call/warm-call activities among target accounts to promote prospects
  • Work with prospects to arrange meetings with appropriate field sales contacts
  • Respond to incoming requests for information and calls
  • Handle some customer service support issues
  • Provide process improvement input to sales management
  • Document activities in CRM system (Salesforce.com)

QUALIFICATIONS:
2- or 4-year college degree
1-2 years sales experience
