RAMESH RAMANI
FOUNDER & CEO
Ramesh sets the overall
strategic direction for Expertus—ensuring that
our services, organizational structure, operational
practices and guiding principles work together to deliver
superior value.
A skilled entrepreneur, Ramesh has
led many early-stage companies through successful growth.
He’s adept at evaluating business opportunities
and structuring companies to profitably address market
needs. In particular, he excels at forming teams, developing
talent and leveraging global alliances.
Prior to founding
Expertus, Ramesh was on the executive team at Fireclick—a
$25-million web analytics innovator, where he served
as Controller and Head of Finance. He also served as
VP of Finance at Peac International—a $50-million
international electronics distributor, where he guided
the company through exponential growth.
Additionally,
he’s operated as consulting CFO, securing funding
and establishing core financial processes and systems
for numerous technology ventures. Early in his career,
he held management positions at Wells Fargo and Franklin
Templeton.
Ramesh holds an MBA from Oklahoma State
University.

MOHANA RADHAKRISHNAN
VP
CLIENT SERVICES

Mohana is Expertus’ chief consulting strategist. She guides Global 2000 corporations as they evaluate, optimize and transform their learning organizations to achieve key business objectives. Drawing on her deep, first-hand knowledge of the learning domain, Mohana’s approach to solving complex operational challenges is client-specific and vendor-neutral. She specializes in defining the appropriate role of new and existing technologies, applying best practices to business processes, and creating performance metrics to monitor and improve results.
To bridge the interests of training leaders and C-level executives, Mohana combines a seasoned, “big picture” perspective with relentless attention to detail. Along the way, she forges strong, trusting relationships across client organizations. Her success as a learning solutions strategist was recently underscored, when TrainingIndustry.com named her among the "Top 20 Most Influential Training Professionals.”
For more than a decade, Mohana has designed and delivered robust learning applications with measurable impact. Leveraging her extensive knowledge of enterprise software, corporate training systems, and OLAP reporting and query tools, she has managed multi-faceted, technology-intensive programs from requirements definition to full-scale deployment.
Previously, Mohana drove development of fund accounting systems at Franklin Templeton Investments. Earlier, she served as a product manager at a financial analytics software company.
Mohana holds a Masters in Accounting from Oklahoma State University, and is a licensed CPA.

SRINIVAS KRISHNAMURTHI
FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR,
GLOBAL DEVELOPMENT CENTERS
Srini oversees all aspects of Expertus’ Global
Development Centers. He ensures that our technical
specialists are highly efficient and effective in deploying
and supporting robust, multi-million dollar software
applications.
His extensive IT knowledge, comprehensive
program management skills, and first-hand experience
with cross-cultural business practices uniquely qualify
Srini to spearhead Expertus’ core offshore functions.
Prior to founding Expertus, Srini operated as an IT
consultant, developing enterprise solutions to integrate
disparate business processes across multi-faceted supply
chains. Respected as an SAP expert, Srini has successfully
managed three full-cycle SAP implementations. Companies
who have benefited from his technical expertise include
Accenture, McData (EMC), Philips Semiconductors and
Varian.
Srini holds an MBA from Oklahoma State University.

KRISHNA CHARI
VP GLOBAL SALES
Krishna is responsible for driving sales and delivery of technology-based HR services to Expertus’ enterprise-class clients, worldwide. Also, he leads our global team of technical recruitment experts as they help clients attract and retain rare, in-demand IT talent.
With a career that spans more than 20 years of senior-level roles in international business development, HR and operations, Krishna knows first-hand the challenges associated with global talent management.
Prior to Expertus, he was Vice President at Quintegra Solutions, where he directed US Operations. While there, he spearheaded the company’s successful professional services launch, which increased annual US revenues almost three-fold. Previously, Krishna was General Manager at Scandent Group, where he helped the MatrixOne PLM services division create a revenue line that generated more than $6 million in only 18 months. He also served as General Manager at DSQ US.
Before entering the corporate sphere, Krishna was an officer in the Indian Army, where he served as a leader in field operations and in India’s Defense R&D organization.
Krishna holds an MBA in Personnel Management and Human Resources from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies in Pune, India.

MIKE MURRELL
VP BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Mike defines and directs all sales initiatives for Expertus consulting practices – focusing primarily on engagements that require Learning BPO and LMS Integration expertise. He develops comprehensive sales strategies and manages their implementation through direct, channel and partner relationships.
Combining more than 12 years of experience in enterprise-class business development, technical sales and software engineering, Mike recognizes the complexities associated with large-scale technology implementation, deployment and support. Learning solutions are his particular forte.
For eight years prior to joining the Expertus team, Mike held various sales leadership positions at Global Knowledge – a technical training services provider. While there, he managed successful solutions for marquee accounts such as AOL, McAfee, SBC and Wachovia. Previously, he held technical and sales positions at The Hartford and Nortel Networks.
Mike received a BS in Economics from Furman University and is a member of Mensa International.

GORDON L. JOHNSON
VP MARKETING
Gordon develops and executes programs that generate visibility and understanding of Expertus offerings among target audiences. Specifically, he directs all branding, market analysis, marketing strategy, public and analyst relations, and demand creation activities.
With more than 17 years of B2B marketing experience, Gordon has devoted the bulk of his career to perfecting value-added customer communications, integrated direct marketing, and customer interaction programs in training environments.
He has guided marketing initiatives for numerous training service providers – most notably Global Knowledge, Productivity Point International, Cognos Learning, Webucator and TeKnowlogy. In addition, he has helped numerous corporate training departments boost utilization of their services through internal workforce marketing. Some of those clients include Merck, UPS and Lockheed Martin.
Before entering the training industry in 1994, Gordon was a graphic designer for Butterworth Jetting Systems. He began his career in Dallas as an editor for Business Addison and the South Central Oracle Users Journal.
Gordon earned a BS in Marketing Management from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
