For decades, our founders have been solving complex business problems by combining common-sense strategic thinking, state-of-the-art technology and best-practices in process management. So, it was a natural step for our executive team to join forces in the late 1990s when they created Expertus.
The indicators for exponential Learning market growth were clear:
- Enterprise-class systems were finally robust and flexible enough to fulfill the promise of connecting essential business functions in real-time.
- Networking technology and the Internet were giving rise to easy-to-use applications that delivered information and functionality across institutional and geographic boundaries.
- Corporations continued to seek sources of competitive advantage, and workforce performance improvement offered untapped potential.
However, for global organizations to fully leverage their human capital assets, they needed to assign a more strategic, visible and integral role to the Learning function. And, as this function became more closely tied to business success, corporations would need hands-on guidance from trusted advisors to breathe life into process improvements.
That need became the driving force behind Expertus. And since the day we began our first engagement with Cisco Systems, we’ve never looked back…
