Ramesh sets the overall strategic direction for Expertus - ensuring that our products, services, organizational structure, operational practices and guiding principles work together to deliver superior value.
A skilled entrepreneur, Ramesh has led many early-stage companies through successful growth. He is adept at evaluating business opportunities and structuring companies to profitably address market needs. In particular, he excels at forming teams, developing talent and leveraging global alliances.
Prior to founding Expertus, Ramesh was on the executive team at Fireclick - a $25-million web analytics innovator, where he served as Controller and Head of Finance. He also served as VP of Finance at Peac International - a $50-million international electronics distributor, where he guided the company through exponential growth.
Additionally, he's operated as consulting CFO, securing funding and establishing core financial processes and systems for numerous technology ventures. Early in his career, he held management positions at Wells Fargo and Franklin Templeton.
Ramesh holds an MBA from Oklahoma State University.

Mohana is Expertus' chief consulting strategist. She guides Global 2000 corporations as they evaluate, optimize and transform their learning organizations to achieve key business objectives. Drawing on her deep, first-hand knowledge of the learning domain, Mohana's approach to solving complex enterprise performance challenges is customer-specific and vendor-neutral. She specializes in defining the appropriate role of new and existing technologies - applying best practices to business processes, and creating performance metrics to monitor and improve results.
To bridge the interests of training leaders and C-level executives, Mohana combines a seasoned, "big picture" perspective with relentless attention to detail. Along the way, she forges strong, trusting relationships across customer organizations. Her success as a learning solutions strategist was underscored in 2006, when TrainingIndustry.com named her among the "Top 20 Most Influential Training Professionals."
For more than a decade, Mohana has designed and delivered robust learning applications with measurable impact. Leveraging her extensive knowledge of enterprise software, corporate training systems, and OLAP reporting and query tools, she has managed multi-faceted, technology-intensive programs from requirements definition to full-scale deployment.
Previously, Mohana drove development of fund accounting systems at Franklin Templeton Investments. Earlier, she served as a product manager at a financial analytics software company.
Mohana holds a Masters in Accounting from Oklahoma State University, and is a licensed CPA.
Gordon L. Johnson

Gordon develops and executes programs that generate visibility and understanding of Expertus offerings among target audiences. Specifically, he directs all branding, market analysis, marketing strategy, public and analyst relations, and demand creation activities.
With almost 20 years of B2B marketing experience, Gordon has devoted the bulk of his career to perfecting value-added customer communications, integrated direct marketing, and customer interaction programs in training environments.
He has guided marketing initiatives for numerous training service providers – most notably Global Knowledge, Productivity Point International, Cognos Learning, Webucator and TeKnowlogy. In addition, he has helped numerous corporate training departments boost utilization of their services through internal workforce marketing. Some of those customers include Merck, UPS and Lockheed Martin.
Before entering the training industry in 1994, Gordon was a graphic designer for Butterworth Jetting Systems. He began his career in Dallas as an editor for Business Addison and the South Central Oracle Users Journal.
Gordon earned a BS in Marketing Management from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
